According to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the flight took off at 1:39 PM from runway 23 and crashed within five minutes in the Meghani Nagar area, a densely populated neighborhood near the airport. Visuals shared online show thick plumes of smoke rising from the crash site.
